The "Rising Stars of Basketball" Philanthropy Program is a sports public philanthropy project jointly launched by Eastroc Ewater and the Yao Foundation. With an annual reach of a hundred rural primary schools, the project donates basketball courts, basketball stands, basketballs, and other facilities. It also supports university volunteer teaching, basketball training camps, and leagues, addressing the issues of outdated sports facilities, insufficient teaching staff, and a lack of sports activities in rural areas.
Since its inception, the program has built philanthropic basketball courts in Guizhou, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Hubei,Shanxi,Xinjiang and other regions. As of 2025, it has benefited over 400,000 rural youth, enabling children to gain confidence and joy from sports and to develop a positive outlook on life through hard work and teamwork.
