Audits of Ethical Standards: The Company has established a business ethics and anti-corruption audit mechanism. Under the guidance of the Board Audit Committee, the Internal Audit Department conducts business ethics special audits and compliance inspections. The Internal Audit Department conducts a business ethics audit covering the Company's all operating scope at least once every three years. The audit scope covers headquarters functional departments, production bases, and relevant business units.
Supplier Against Bribery and Corruption Management: All suppliers included in the Company's procurement system are required to sign the Integrity Agreement or make an integrity and compliance commitment, explicitly undertaking to comply with anti-fraud, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and compliant operation requirements. Through supplier access reviews, contractual constraints, performance supervision, regular supplier evaluations, and necessary integrity risk inspections, the Company tracks and verifies suppliers' integrity and compliance status. For suppliers that violate integrity and compliance requirements, the Company will take measures such as requiring rectification, suspending cooperation, or disqualifying the supplier as appropriate, so as to continuously maintain an open, fair, and transparent procurement environment.
