Eastroc Beverage always prioritizes the occupational health and safety of our employees. We have established a comprehensive governance structure for occupational health and safety, which is overseen by the Group Vice President. Currently, we have established Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Committees at our major production bases, forming a four-tier safety management structure: "Committee Chair — Executive Chair — Safety and Occupational Health Director — Safety Inspection Team and Department Safety Officers". Occupational Health and Safety matters are also handled by specialised personnel at the remaining sites, who report to the Group Vice President. Additionally, we have formulated the Safety Production Responsibility System and other related systems to clearly define the responsibilities of personnel at all levels in EHS. We have also established long-term mechanisms to guide and supervise the implementation of all health and safety measures.

Eastroc Beverage strictly adheres to laws and regulations such as the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Work Safety. We have established the External Construction Safety Management Regulations. The production bases have established a series of regulations, including the Comprehensive Management Manual for Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety, the EHS Occupational Health and Safety Operational Procedures, Emergency Response Plan for Work-related Injury Accidents, the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Management System, the EHS Stakeholder Management Procedures, and the Regulations on Investigation of Production Base Incidents & Accidents. These policies ensure systematic management of occupational health and safety for employees, suppliers, subcontractors, engineering contractors, and external construction teams. Eastroc Beverage identifies and assesses potential risks and opportunities in the production process and promptly implements corresponding measures to address identified risks. This approach enhances management efficiency and ensures the safety of employees.

Health and safety targets:  By 2030, the Company's Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) or Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR) will be maintained below 1, covering all employees and contractors. In 2025, the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) was 0.4.

Health and Safety Certification:  The Company continues to advance ISO 45001 Health and Safety certification. As of now, 11 production bases have launched or are carried out certification work, accounting for 92% of all production bases. Among them, 8 production bases have obtained certification, representing a certification coverage rate of 67%; the remaining bases are in the process of certification or awaiting certification.
